Role:
The Executive Director of Clinical Analytics and Quality Improvement is responsible for planning, directing, achieving, and reporting related to quality improvement as it affects medical staff, hospital staff, and organizational excellence. She/he provides guidance and oversees the analytical and data management support for medical staff governance and compliance, regulatory compliance and reporting, quality and performance improvement monitoring and reporting, infection control, and clinical analytics.The Executive Director serves as a resource and communication link on assigned areas and related issues and opportunities for senior management.As appropriate, the Executive Director also may perform these roles when WMC is part of a joint venture, partnership, or management agreement with another health care entity. In performing assigned roles and duties, the Executive Director will meet WMC leadership expectations and inspire the highest standards of professional behavior, teamwork, competence, and performance throughout the organization.
Education/Experience:

Master’s degree in nursing, or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a Master’s in business or health administration, or a medical degree from an accredited Medical School, is required.

At least ten years of progressively responsible job-relevant clinical experience is required.
*
At least three years of experience in healthcare performance improvement, including demonstrated success in driving performance improvement, is required.

At least three years of progressively responsible management experience is required.
*
Prior experience that demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.
*
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean processes is preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations

Current Wyoming RN license or MD license is required.
